Shipping

When will I know my order has shipped?

We send a tracking email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. Delivery is usually 7–14 days.

Will I pay customs or VAT?

EU orders include VAT in the price. Norway orders clear customs at delivery — your courier collects 25% MVA plus a small handling fee. US and rest of world: local duties may apply at delivery depending on your country's rules.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Not at this time.

What if my package is lost in transit?

Email hello@erity.co with your order number. We'll work with the courier on a claim and, if it's genuinely lost, replace it.

Returns

Return policy?

30 days from delivery. Unworn, original packaging. Email hello@erity.co with your order number to begin.

Damaged or incorrect item?

Send a photo to hello@erity.co. We'll send a replacement.

Exchanges?

Yes — email us and we'll arrange it.

Warranty

Is there a warranty?

Two years on every piece. Email hello@erity.co with a photo if something fails outside of normal wear.

What about tarnish?

Tarnish is normal wear on plated pieces and isn't covered by warranty. Care notes are on the Shipping & Warranty page.

Discounts

Can I stack discount codes?

One code per order.
