Delivery

Most orders arrive in 7–14 days. We send a tracking email when your order ships.

EU

VAT is included in your price.

Norway

Orders to Norway clear customs on delivery. Your courier collects 25% MVA plus a small handling fee at the door — separate from what you paid us. We're working on folding this into checkout. For now it's external to our pricing.

US, UK, and rest of world

Your price is the price. Local duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's rules; your courier handles them at delivery.

Returns

30 days from delivery. Pieces should be unworn and in original packaging. Email hello@erity.co with your order number to begin. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Warranty

Two years on every piece. If something fails outside of normal wear, email hello@erity.co with a photo and we'll make it right.

Care

Wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid perfume, lotion, and the shower. Keep dry.
