Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy from the day your order arrives.

To return, your piece must be unworn and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email hello@erity.co with your order number. We'll send instructions on where to ship the piece back. Items sent back without requesting a return first can't be accepted.

Original shipping is not refunded. You're responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items. Send a photo to hello@erity.co within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

EU and Norway. You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Norwegian consumer protection law, in addition to our 30-day return policy.

Non-returnable items. We don't offer returns on items marked Final Sale.

Exchanges. Email hello@erity.co — we'll arrange it.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. It can take a few business days for your bank to post.
